The Company

eHandS was formed in 2004 with the sole aim of producing class leading health and safety software. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product and go to great lengths to provide the levels of support that our customers might require.

Our philosophy has been to 'lead by design and learn by experience'. It might be added that we also learn by listening to our customers. As a company, we are always delighted to receive customer feedback and are extremely keen to incorporate any ideas they might have into our product, where these are deemed to be suitably generic.

The Software

For those with an interest in the technical side of things, eHandS has been developed on a purely Microsoft platform, using the latest .NET technologies as a development and deployment platform and SQL Server as the data store. Note that any version of SQL Server from SQL Server 7 upwards may be used, including the free, lightweight, yet fully functional SQL Express versions.

The most recent release of eHandS incoporates the latest in AJAX technology, as well as utilising developments in SQL Server Reporting Services. The required web server is IIS and the software can be installed on any of Windows 2000, 2000 Server, XP Professional or Server 2003/8.
