Tracking Health & Safety Actions using eHandS Health and Safety Software

The eHandS health and safety software allows you to assign actions to any individual within your organisation and to track progress towards the completion of that action.

Actions can be assigned from within the following sections;

Risk Assessments
COSHH Assessments
Incident Reports
Safety Inspections
Safety Checklists
Custom Checklists
Workstation Self Assessments

When an action is assigned to an individual the eHandS health and safety software automatically generates an email summarising the action and its target completion date. This email is then sent to that person.

Users can manage their actions from within the My eHandS section of the health and safety software, filtering actions on whether they are complete, incomplete and overdue.
