eHandS health and safety software allows you to maintain your asbestos register online, providing easy access for everybody throughout your organisation, who has a PC and access to your server.
As well as recording the date of the survey location and description of any asbestos (or suspected asbestos) you also record the review date, test results and asbestos management strategy.
While your management strategy may record the condition of the asbestos in words, the interpretation of those words may be different a year on from the initial survey. To solve this problem the eHandS health and safety software allows you to attach files, such as photographs and scanned test result records.
The completed entries can be viewed as an index of your whole asbestos register. It can also be searched by department, allowing quick and easy identification of any asbestos containing materials (ACM's) on a department by department basis.
