eHandS health and safety software allows you to manage your COSHH register and COSHH assessments on-line, meaning that accurate and up to date information on your hazardous substances can be accessed from any PC, anywhere in your organisation. This is vitally important if there is an accident that requires accurate information on first aid, fire fighting or spillage measures.
Sections are provided within the COSHH Assessment to cover;
The eHandS health and safety software allows you to select risk phrases and safety phrases from a drop down list of the EH40 phrases and the images and phrases to describe the hazards and controls is fully configurable.
Any actions arising from the COSHH assessment can be assigned to a specified individual who will then receive an email informing them that a new action has been added to their list of actions.
Each COSHH record also allows you to attach a scanned copy of the original MSDS so that it can be accessed from any PC, at any time, and printed off, if required. This is particularly useful in the event of an accident when accurate information may be needed very quickly.
