ONLINE TRAINING
eHandS health and safety software allows you to manage your health and safety obligations in respect of Display Screen Equipment and the need for Workstation Assessments by providing a framework for the delivery of on-line training followed up by a Workstation Self Assessment.
The eHandS health and safety software provides a link to your training presentation. You maintain this file so there is no need to refer back to the eHandS team should you need to change this training to reflect changes in arrangements or procedures. This link can either link to a PowerPoint slide show or a recorded Flash presentation.
On completion of the training your staff can then link to a simple, but comprehensive Workstation Self Assessment.
If there are any problems identified during the self assessment process the eHandS health and safety software automatically generates an email to the Health and Safety Officer. The Health and Safety Officer can then assign responsibility for any corrective action to the most appropriate person, who will also receive an email.
