eHandS health and safety software allows your first aiders to complete an Injury Report Form on-line from any PC anywhere in your organisation.
In part 1 of the Injury Report Form details of the person being treated are recorded along with department, type of accident/injury and treatment given. Where possible options are selected from drop down lists to ensure consistent reporting and more accurate investigation and analysis of accident statistics.
A drop down list also allows the appropriate manager or supervisor to be recorded and the eHandS health and safety software automatically generates an email to that person informing them that a member of their staff has received first aid treatment and further investigation into the circumstances of the accident is required.
The manager can then complete part 2 of the first aid form online, recording the causes of the accident and actions taken to prevent it from happening again.
