The eHandS health and safety software allows your staff to report incidents from their desktop. Accidents, incidents and near misses can all now be reported through a simple to use on-line form.

The incident report form allows you to record the details of the person reporting the incident as well as details of those involved and any witness statements. You can create your own accident classifications, which will allow you to extract the data from the database to produce reports based on your own classifications.

The Health and Safety Officer is immediately notified by email that a new incident report has been completed. They can then review the report and decide on any appropriate immediate action. The responsibility for follow-up investigation can be assigned by the Health and Safety Officer, and the eHandS health and safety software automatically generates an email to that person to inform them they have an accident investigation to perform.

Current enhancements to the eHandS health and safety software are in progress to allow documents, photographs and movie clips to be attached to these records.
