The eHandS health and safety software package allows you to store your policies and procedures on-line, helping to ensure that they are readily available to all staff.

By storing your health and safety policies and procedures on-line and updating them centrally, you are assured that your staff are always accessing the most current version of your policies and procedures.

The easy to use text editor provided with the eHandS health and safety software allows you to include;

Graphics, such as organisation charts or process flowcharts, even company logos
Hyperlinks, either internally to existing documents in Word PDF or any other format supported by your system, or externally to similar resources on the internet, perhaps resources on the HSE website.
Links to other media, such as Flash Video so that you can deliver training or induction online
Tables, allowing you organise your information more effectively, even customising the entire layout of that area of the page

As well as a text page for each function the eHandS health and safety software allows you to add your own procedures, unique to your own circumstances. These procedures can be grouped into categories to suit your organisation. Because these procedures are stored within the database there is no limit on number and because they are grouped and listed alphabetically within each classification your staff can quickly find the procedure they are looking for.
