Managing Safety Training Records using eHandS Health and Safety Software

eHandS health and safety software allows you manage all your training records.

The courses are configured into a drop down list to ensure consistency. When an employee receives training the training is recorded along with any refresher due date.

The Health and Safety Officer can then search the training database, producing reports showing;

Training Records for a specified individual
All persons who have received specified training, say all First Aiders or Forklift Truck Drivers
All refresher training due in the year ahead
All refresher training due in the month ahead
All refresher training which is now overdue

In addition to this searchable database the health and safety software automatically interrogates the database and sends a reminder email to the Health and Safety Officer 30 days before the due date for any refresher training.
